Chili Supper/Silent Auction-1/20/17
Those in attendance agreed that $5.00 per plate is okay to charge
We need to check with McAlisters or McDonalds to see about tea being donated
We will need a sign up sheet for Chili
We will need heavy duty extension cords for the generator
Asked those in attendance to check on items that could be donated as well as items they could donate
List of previous donors will need to be gone through and letters/phone calls/visits made within the week;
will need to check with those on Fundraising committee as well for possible assistance
It was recommended that we keep the donor list updated so vendors are not contacted multiple times
Prizes for drawings-Kitchen Aid Mixer or Grill, it was also suggested that a smoker (like a big green egg) could be purchased in place of the grill
A parent suggested we sell tickets for the drawings at the Christmas Concert-12/8/16
Christmas Concert-12/8/16
7pm in the auditorium, students are to dress up and look nice
Box Truck
Maintenance of the box truck was discussed. The truck need to be aligned, the tires possibly rotated or replaced. There is an issue with the blower as well.
They mentioned taking it to be aligned and looked at, since Mr. Edwards does not need it anytime soon. I emailed Randy Bowman regarding he update of the sponsor names, as he has not taken care of that yet. He has not responded either.
MCCGA Competition
Mr. Edwards needed a check for $1,000 that was due to MCCGA for this event. Cheri mentioned having a sandwich option instead of the hotdogs. Mr. Edwards said that he has the final say on what can be done. He said there would not be any breakfast offered.
