Republic Band Booster Meeting Minutes

April 4th, 2016 7:00pm

Susan Graves: President brought meeting to order at 7:00

Secretary: Minutes were read from March 24th, 2016

Treasure’s Report: was handed out.

Highlight from Dan Altis: Old buisness

Great solo Ensembles Thank you parents for serving lunch at (Glendale High school).

5th grade (370) 5th graders tested more to come.

New buisness Solo Ensembles no time yet.

•  Spring Concert Thursday April 7th, Black Uniform, Black Socks, and shoes.
• April 7th Pre-Concert Republic High
• April 12th 1:50 Concert band (Willard)
• April 13th 9:55 Symphonic Band (Willard)
• April 14th-19th Uniform turn in 5:00 to 7:00
• April 19th- Food Comitee 7:00 Band Room for blues and BBQ
• April 25th will be our May meeting (Boosters) 7:00pm
• April 29-30 Quality Inn Lake Ozark (solo-Ensembles)
• May 2nd One fine night
• May 5th Middle School Concert.
• July 1st Have a Blast.
• July 6-26 Band Camp

Old Buisness: May meeting is April 25th officers Elect. Treasure and Vice President.

     Second week of band camp
