Here’s the REVISED schedule for Saturday!

10:00am …Arrive at RMS in rehearsal attire, bring nice clothes
10:00am-12:00pm…warm-up and practice
12:00pm…Load Tarp and props on Trailer
12:00pm-1:00pm …do hair and makeup/change into nice clothes
12:45pm… load bus
1:00pm …Depart for Ozark
1:30pm …arrive at Ozark High School
1:30pm-4:00pm …Eat lunch at concessions/finish getting ready/put on ‘costume’ (go into the gym and watch at least one performance)
4:00 …meet at home base completely ready for pre-stretching
4:46 PM …Official Warm-up Time
5:12PM …perform, SMILES ARE ON!!!
(AFTER THE PERFORMANCE WE WILL IMMEDIATELY LOAD THE TARP, PUT THE EQUPMENT IN BAGS AND LOAD IT ONTO THE TRAILER)
5:30pm-8:15pm …Change into nice clothes and Watch Guards/eat dinner at concession stand
8:15pm …retreat (best performers go out for retreat)
9:00pm …Load Bus
9:30pm …Arrive at RMS, unload equipment

- Curling/flat iron

- Blush
- Lipstick
- White Electrical Tape
- Money for concessions
If you don’t have hair and makeup things, don’t worry about buying them. We will share materials if need be.
Kickapoo Festival Information
Admission- All Day – $7/adult, $5/student (5-18 years of age), $5/senior (60+ years of age)
You must stay in the building. If your parents want to check you out after your performance, they must sign you out with me. I will not begin sign out until all our equipment and tarp is put away. You will not be allowed to leave with anyone other than a parent.
Remember that you are expected to always be a good representative of Republic High School and of the RHS Band and Winter Guard, and that your behavior and attitude reflects not only on you, but on those whom you represent.
